“I admit, I know nothing about garage doors, so I decided to have this garage maintenance company come take a look since I’d been in my house for a few years. A team of two came out, and introduced themselves as Jonathan and Josh. They were very friendly and professional and did all the maintenance in about 30 minutes.
Noticeably, I could hear the door opening and closing much smoother and quieter, and after the appointment they both explained to me what work they had done. Jonathan also explained the differences between the metal rollers that most home-builders install, which aren’t the top grade and make more noise. I appreciated the explanation, since he also told me the higher grade would not require as much greasing. He didn’t push any product or further work on me either. They tightened any loose bolts and I feel assured my garage is in good shape for time to come. They also have surge protectors if you need them to protect against power surges, which is common in many newer sub-developments.
What I really like about this company is they value customer service. The call center also notifies you when they are on their way to your home. They get the job done well, fast, and have all the parts with them on their clearly marked van/truck.”
